Krieg DeVault, LLP is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Professional to join our team and provide top-tier support to 6-8 professionals in our Government Affairs practice group. Our firm is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where excellence and efficiency are valued. This role is onsite in our downtown Indianapolis office with the possibility to work remotely one day per week.
The Position:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to 6-8 professionals, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Attend meetings and prepare executive summaries of such meetings for distribution to management group and external clients.
- Provide communications support, including social media posting, and newsletter creation.
- Take charge of special projects and ensure timely completion.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Maintain organized tracking and filing systems.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Professional or in a similar role; minimum 3 years preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and take charge of tasks.
- A can-do attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
- Experience in supporting multiple professionals simultaneously is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
